How to Install DownloadKit as an App (and Share Links Straight to It)

Android/Chrome: open DownloadKit, tap ⋮ → Install app. iPhone/Safari: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, DownloadKit then appears in every app's Share menu.

Android (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet)

  1. Open DownloadKit and tap ⋮ → Install app (or accept the install prompt).
  2. In Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, tap Share and choose DownloadKit — the link opens ready to download.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

  1. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.
  2. Copy links as usual; the Paste button fills them in with one tap.

Desktop

In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar. You can also add the DownloadKit browser extension for a Download button on supported sites.
