DownloadKit provides a tool that retrieves publicly available media referenced by links you submit. We do not host, upload or own any of that content.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use DownloadKit only for content you own, content in the public domain, content licensed for reuse, or for personal, non-commercial offline viewing where permitted by law.
• Do not use DownloadKit to infringe copyright or other rights, to harass anyone, or in violation of a platform's terms that apply to you.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its API.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Platforms change frequently and some downloads may fail.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DownloadKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of content you download.

5. Trademarks

All platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms. DownloadKit is not affiliated with any of them.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
